La Mesa Club
b2be La Mesa Facilities We have just incorporated one of the Lava Sports and Fitness to the b2be family. We are excited to bring this incredibly placed location, in the heart of commercial La Mesa, inside the Grossmont Shopping Center. This club acquisition is an exciting melding of some elements that Lava was known for (boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and Gravity) and what we do best which is high end facilities, superior service levels and excellent kids programs.

Our goal from the start has been to bring a
special fitness experience to the communities we serve. We will replicate what we've done at b2be in Eastlake with some innovative,
distinct differences. The club will launch a new club model we call "FIT" The Fit model of club will likely have a smaller square
footage Will have the similar high end finishes that distinguish b2be (wood, marble) Will have abundant cardio and weight equipment to service our member base Will have towel service and some amenities (private showers, multiple Group Fitness studios, sauna and steam rooms, digital lockers, etc)Executive locker room for Gold and Platinum members with fruit and coffee service
Classes
We are adding several formats that are popular in the industry and increasing the programming for b2befit La Mesa:- Yoga
- Pilates
- Cycle
- Zumba
- Boot Camp style classes
Kids Programming
We will also be bringing our signature Kids programs to b2befit La Mesa. This is a great opportunity to add an important service to this facility that only b2be can provide at a high level.
