AQUA FITNESS - is a great way to get fit without the usual risks of injury and pain associated with some conventional aerobic workouts done on land or in a gym.

AQUA KICKBOX - aqua kickbox is a safe and fun way of working out using traditional boxing and kicking movements . Besides getting into better shape, due to the well-known therapeutic powers of water, aquatic exercises can be a form of relaxing and de-stressing.

AQUA ZUMBA® - High energy, low impact fitness class that incorporates Latin music and dance moves while toning, sculpting and burning fat in a heated pool.

BODYPUMP™ - This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with great music. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Body Pump is for all ages and fitness levels.

B-SCULPT - This high energy class is designed exclusively to strengthen your abdominal muscles and gluts with the use of light dumbbells, resistance bands, and a step. You will get a “kick your butt” workout to achieve the figure you've always dreamed of. All levels welcome.

B-STRONG - Looking for a fresh, innovative exercise experience? This class incorporates the use of hand weights, barbell equipment and isometrics, to build muscle strength, power and endurance, to provide a functional, intense, and fun workout. You will perform movements that target Strength, Cardio, Flexibility and Stability all in one class!

CARDIO KICK - Designed to introduce technique and basic movements such as jabs, crosses, and kicks. The perfect workout, involving high intensity cardio from cardio kickboxing and finishing with relaxing full body stretching to increase your flexibility.

CAMP b2be - is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises. Camp b2be workouts are efficient because you work your entire body--heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest...the difference lies in the intensity which is completely up to you. In camp b2be, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

CAMP STRIKE - A great challenge for anyone. Strike the bag with kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Class is formatted in stations with various boxing related fitness drills. Gloves should be used and can be purchased in pro shop.

CORE - This 20 min. class will target and challenge the abdominals, back, and hips in this intense and dynamic workout. You will learn how to effectively strengthen the core using proper form and technique! By building core strength, you will be able to improve your posture and ward off low back pain!

CYCLE - This indoor group cycling class incorporates outdoor cycle movements performed to great music for a motivating and fun cardiovascular workout. Novice to advanced riders are encouraged to attend as the intensity level is easily adjusted to suit all levels of exercisers.

DRUMS ALIVE® - This unique high-energy class combines traditional aerobic movements with powerful beats and rhythms of drums. It is a program for everyone and a great alternative to other fitness programs.

PILATES MAT - The Joseph Pilates Method emphasizes on muscle control, flexibility, coordination and balance for the entire body. This mat based class consists of a sequence of carefully performed movements which are designed to strengthen a specific group of muscles and relieve tension in the body. All fitness levels. (Please bring your own mat)

PILATES REFORMER - Pilates Reformer class will increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone. There are countless different movements in the Group Fitness Reformer classes that result in strong back and abdominals muscles. These movements are performed seated, standing, on all fours, or lying on your back, side or front. Please see reception desk for more details on reservations.

PILATES REFORMER CHALLENGE - A contemporary approach to the works of Joseph Pilates. Medium paced class directed towards fat burning along with the overall tone and body wellness. May include additional equipment, but still done entirely on the reformer. This class requires some experience on reformer. (intermediate/advanced levels)

REP REEBOK - This class uses a combination of hand weights, barbell equipment and isometrics, to build muscle strength, power and endurance. A weight lifting class like no other!!! All levels.

STEP & CORE - A step workout that is fun and challenging without being intimidating. After a great cardiovascular segment focus on the core for an overall total body workout.

STRETCH & TONE - Beneficial for people of all ages. Whether you have a desk job or have a very active life, this class is for you. Two programs in one to give you double the benefits. A safe, gentle and highly effective way to stretch, exercise, strengthen and streamline your body.

Yoga - Yoga improves strength and flexibility in the mind as well as the body, and aids relaxation. Yoga can enable one to relax fully, and promotes sound sleep; it also improves digestion and stimulates circulation, systematically working the entire body, concentrating on the essence of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood vessel, nerve and gland. It frees the practitioner physically and mentally, often heightening intuition and creativity. The very essence of yoga lies in attaining mental peace, improved concentration powers, a relaxed state of living and harmony in relationships. All fitness levels. (Please bring your own mat)

YOGA CHALLENGE - Go deeper in this fun, vigorous class designed for students familiar with foundational yoga postures. Safety and core work are emphasized as you're guided toward
increased strength, flexibility, postural alignment, stamina, breath work, and mindfulness while exploring more advanced postures, including arm balances and inversions. Release
stress and tension as we finish up with deep relaxation. This class is 75 min.

Zumba® - Zumba® is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba® utilizes these principles to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is fun with easy to follow dance steps. All fitness levels.

Responsibilities
- All Fitness classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited depending on equipment availability. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before a scheduled class time to ensure availability.
- Cycling classes require checking in with the reception desk prior to class to pick up a tag for the bike of your choice. This will allow for our first come first serve policy to remain fair.
- For your health and safety, we ask that you respect all fitness studio areas and equipment. Studios and equipment are not allowed to be utilized outside of class times.
- We ask that you respect a members right to workout in a comfortable non disruptive environment. All members should conduct themselves in a manner reflecting b2bes' values and philosophy.
- Please bring a water bottle, your own yoga/Pilates mat and/or a towel to class.
- As a courtesy to other members, all electronic devices should be turned off before entering a class. (cell phone, ipod etc.)
- Please follow the instruction given by the fitness instructor to ensure a safe, effective, fun and balanced workout.
- Minimum age to participate in group fitness classes is 16 years old.

- Check in at the Reception Desk will be required prior to Pilates Reformers classes. Reservations are required/encouraged to ensure spaceas reformers are limited to 10 participants. Additional Fees Apply.
- Reformer classes require checking in with the reception desk to pick up a tag for this class.
- We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before a scheduled class time.
